I have aspired to become a teacher since my early childhood days. In my imaginative play, I often assumed the role of a teacher, holding a large scale in one hand and a book in the other. What initially seemed like a mere fascination to my parents during my college days gradually evolved into a true calling. The realization that teaching was my destined path struck me when I started mentoring students.

After completing my graduation, I initially ventured into the corporate world by joining Ernst & Young. However, my heart remained steadfast in the realm of education. Eventually, I made the decisive choice to leave the corporate sector and fully embrace teaching as my lifelong profession. This journey has spanned a decade.

My teaching journey commenced with Mathematics and other finance-related subjects, leveraging my specialization in Accounting & Finance. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I delved into operations research, eventually teaching it to MBA students. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in teaching Mathematics, Operations Research, and Human Resources, with the latter being my current area of specialization. I have collaborated with numerous colleges and undertaken a diverse range of courses to enhance my teaching capabilities.

Beyond my professional pursuits, my personal interests include reading, cooking, and embarking on road trips. At present, my top priorities involve spending quality time with my child and navigating the new chapter of my life. To stay abreast of industry developments, I actively follow current events in my professional sector. Currently, I am actively pursuing my doctorate in human resources, further solidifying my commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.

My journey with Vidyalankar started in 2022, and undoubtedly, it stands as the most rewarding decision of my career. At VSIT, I have the opportunity to discover and enhance my individuality on a daily basis, focusing on continuous self-development. It's true what they say – "Be sure with Vidyalankar."
