Structure & Syllabus

The objective of this programme is to prepare executives for top-level HR positions in public or private sector organisations. Therefore, the emphasis is on developing a proper role perception of HRD in the Indian context by exposing them to a wide range of relevant areas so that they may gain the confidence necessary to interact with people at all levels and develop the HR skills for translating policies into action effectively. Candidates having executive experience in HRD-related field in private/ public organisation, Government, etc. will find this programme useful.

Eligibility

Every Candidate must have passed
  1. A Bachelor degree examination in any faculty of Mumbai University as equivalent there to and
  2. Acquired a minimum two years work experience (Supervisor,executives) The experience being counted from the day subsequent to the last day of the qualifying examination passed by the candidate
  3. Candidate passing D.M.S examination of Mumbai University will be exempted from keeping terms and appearing at the first year of M.H.R.D.M. Course provide the candidate has 3 years executive experience and full-time the criteria laid down for admission to the concerned course.
  4. Work Experience required experience is in any of the related areas of administrative of government, public, private or co-operative sector organization
  5. Bachelors Degree of Mumbai University or of a recognized University with five years executive (Non-clerical) experience in Related areas mentioned earlier.
    OR
    Degree of Mumbai University in any faculty or of a recognized University and possess recognized qualification such as ACA,AICWA,AMIE,CAIIB etc. and minimum two year experience (Non-clerical)
    OR
    Degree of Mumbai University in any faculty or of a recognized University in first or second class and minimum two year experience (Non-clerical) after graduation.
    OR
    Postgraduate Degree or diploma awarded by a recognized institution and have a maximum two years work experience (Non-clerical)
