The proper functioning of any institution depends upon the efficiency of the administration of the same. In educational institutions, the role played by the administration is very essential as it decides the expertise of education that is imparted into its students.

Philosophy of Governance

There is a strong desire to create a community of educators who are responsible to the students, to the public and to each other and to ensure that the quality of future educators and education is as per the standards set by the AICTE.

The basic philosophy of Governance is to :

• Allow for informed and fair representation, substantive discussions, and decision-making that is timely and responsive
• Facilitate interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary communication & collaboration across faculty and programs
• Balance professional collegiality and trust with the requisite accountability
